This one is as simple as whipping some Peanut Caramel into some double cream, then serving alongside some fresh strawberries. We like to scatter some chopped roasted peanuts on top, for good measure. We also like to dust with a little icing sugar – you can put extra if your strawberries are not particularly sweet.
Peanut Caramel with Strawberries and Cream Recipe
Ingredients
- 300 ml double cream
- 100 g peanut caramel
- 400 g strawberries
- 2 handfuls roasted peanuts, chopped
- icing sugar, for garnish (optional)
Method

Place the cream in bowl and add the Peanut Caramel. Whisk until you have soft-peaks forming when you lift up the whisk.

Slice the larger strawberries, leave the smaller ones whole, and optionally leave some of the leaves on to provide a bit of colour (they're perfectly edible!)

Serve the cream into bowls, and place the strawberries alongside. Scatter the roasted chopped peanuts over, and dust with a little icing sugar.
